Step 1
Slice white part of green onions; set aside. Slice green part of green onions; set aside.

In saucepan, bring stock to boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in sliced white part of green onions, soy sauce and ginger. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Beat eggs. While stock is simmering, stir soup, adding beaten eggs in slow and steady stream; cook, without stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until strands of eggs are just cooked. Stir in sesame oil and pepper. Garnish with green part of green onions.
