Preheat oven to 450°F. Add halved potatoes to large baking dish. Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper; toss to combine. Bake potatoes 20 minutes.
Remove baking dish from oven and add bisque and cherry tomatoes. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove dish from oven and add cod. Heat the broiler.
Return to oven and broil on high for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove dish from oven and garnish with fresh oregano and lemon. Serve and enjoy!
