- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Pacific Foods® Organic Low Sodium Free Range Chicken Broth
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 green onion (scallion), thinly sliced

Step 1
Mix together ground chicken, bread crumbs, broth, egg, green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Divide into 16 portions. Roll into meatballs.

Place meatballs in single layer in air fryer. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Sprinkle green onions over top.
